A: No, we offer standard shipping free of cost.

A: Handling: 1–3 business days (orders by 11 PM ship the same day).

Transit: Standard shipping takes 5-8 business days for the United Kingdom.

Q: Do I receive tracking?

A: Yes, a tracking email is sent instantly on shipment. Track via our site or carrier.

Q: What carriers do you use?

A: DHL, FedEx, or UPS Home Delivery.

Q: Can I ship internationally?

A: Currently we only ship to the United Kingdom.

Q: What if my package is lost or damaged?

A:

  • Lost (>20 days): Free reship or full refund.

  • Damaged: Report within 7 days with photos for a free replacement.

Q: How long do I have to return?

A: 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

Q: Is return shipping free?

A: Yes. free prepaid return label we cover.

Q: How do I start a return?

A: Email support@zarado.uk or call +31 6 47017356. Get RMA + label → drop at carrier.

Q: When will I get my refund?

A: 10 business days after we receive & inspect. A full refund for the original payment.

Q: Can I exchange instead?

A: Yes, free exchange.

Q: What items can’t be returned?

A: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
