Section 19 – Returns and refunds

Our return policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 14 days have passed since the delivery of your order. To return an item, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
