We cover all delivery costs within the United Kingdom. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout—just your selected pieces, carefully packed and delivered straight to your door. For now, our delivery service is available only within the United Kingdom. Every order is handled with care and attention before it leaves our studio.
- Processing time: Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days before dispatch.
- Transit time: Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days once shipped.
- Total delivery time: In most cases, your order will arrive within 6–11 business days.
Our daily cut-off time is 11:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam), Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
All shipments are sent using trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS to ensure every parcel reaches you safely. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey until it arrives.
