At Zarado UK, we promise to deliver your goodies faster than a cat can knock over a glass of water; clear and reliable shipping, guaranteed! Every order zooms out of our fulfilment centre in the Netherlands. We’re currently playing hard to get and only shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom. Sorry, international friends, but we’re just not that into you… yet!

1. Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 11:00 PM CEST may be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Transit: Time & Delivery Estimate Once shipped, orders that are delivered within the United Kingdom typically arrive in 5 to 8 business days via DHL eCommerce.

We require a total of 6 to 11 business days to process, ship, and deliver your order. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major UK bank holidays.

3. Shipping Carriers & Address Requirement

• We ship via DHL eCommerce.

4. Shipping Costs: We offer free DHL eCommerce shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom.

5. Order Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Track your package directly on the DHL website using the provided tracking number, or you can track it here.

6. Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet these estimates, delays due to weather or carrier issues may occur. Should your order experience significant delays, please reach out to us.

7. Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days so we can assist you with a resolution or replacement.
